At your first visit, we discuss your complaint or complaints and what you have already tried yourself. After that, we start the treatment. You can keep your clothes and shoes on.

How many treatments are needed varies from person to person. Often one or two treatments are enough. If you notice little or no improvement after three treatments, we will look together at whether continuing makes sense, or whether another practitioner could do more for you.

During the treatment you may feel a heaviness in your arms or legs, feel tingling, or become warm or cold. You may also become sleepy or start yawning. All of this is related to relaxation.
